Description

Klaviyo is hiring a Software Engineer II, Reliability in Dublin to build, operate, and improve production systems; automate operational toil; define SLIs and SLOs; improve observability; participate in on-call rotations and incident response; and support reliable platform development. Required Previous Experiences: Experience operating cloud-native production systems and services
Experience writing production-quality code to automate operations and improve reliability
Experience working with containerized workloads and platforms in production environments
Experience using observability tools and responding to alerts
Hands-on experience with infrastructure as code or declarative configuration
Experience following incident response processes and contributing during outages
Preferred Qualifications: Experience supporting security-sensitive systems or internal platforms
Familiarity with AWS or other cloud providers
Exposure to messaging or asynchronous systems
Interest in performance testing, capacity planning, or resilience work
Practical experience with algorithms and data structures
