The role involves developing customer-facing features and internal tools, improving stability and performance, writing tests, debugging production issues, and collaborating with Product and senior engineers. Candidates need at least three years of professional software development experience, including two years with Ruby on Rails, along with knowledge of the Rails ecosystem, JavaScript and CSS, testing, and production troubleshooting. The position is fully remote within the United Kingdom or European Union, with access to the Belfast office for local candidates.
