Description
The Snowflake Software Engineer will architect, design, and support a ground-up cloud-enabled SaaS product for merchandise management in retail. The role works in an agile team on software components, user stories, bug fixes, customer interfaces, and defect resolution, while collaborating with consultants and architects and mentoring junior and mid-level associates. The technical environment includes React JS, Node JS, Oracle PL/SQL, REST APIs, Java, Unix, Cognos, Azure, CI/CD, DevOps, and related tools. A bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related specialization and 3–5 years of Snowflake development experience are required; PL/SQL, Oracle, Kafka, and Unix batch scripting are preferred.
