Bristol Myers Squibb is hiring a Software Engineer II, Workday Integrations and Reporting to develop, maintain, test, and deploy integrations between Workday and enterprise systems, payroll, benefits, and time and attendance systems. The role collaborates with HR, IT, and other stakeholders; documents integration processes and technical specifications; evaluates Workday releases; and supports complex integration solutions. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field, at least three years of HR technology experience focused on Workday integrations, and experience with Workday Studio, EIBs, Packaged Connectors, Web services, and ADP Payroll Solutions.
