The role involves triaging and debugging production incidents, conducting root-cause analysis, participating in on-call rotations, and building backend tools, dashboards, monitoring frameworks, and alerting systems. Candidates need at least three years of Node.js backend development experience, AWS and database experience, operational tooling experience, and familiarity with microservices, APIs, observability, and CI/CD. The position is hybrid, with one office visit per week in Georgia, and offers a U.S. national base-pay range of $78,800 to $131,300 plus an annual incentive bonus.
