Description
HackerOne is hiring a Software Engineer III in Pune, India, to build and maintain features for its Continuous Threat Exposure Management platform. The role owns features through the software development lifecycle, applies first-principles problem solving and data-driven decision making, and explores AI-enabled development and agentic workflows. It requires 5+ years of software development experience, proficiency in a modern web application language, SQL and relational databases, front-end technologies, and cloud platforms. The position is onsite three to four days per week, offers INR 30.64–36 LPA plus equity, and does not provide visa or work-permit sponsorship.
