The role involves developing and maintaining scalable Java applications, writing clean and maintainable code, testing and fixing software, reviewing peer code, documenting systems, supporting users, and contributing to project delivery. It requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or a related field, at least five years of Java or similar object-oriented programming experience, and knowledge of server-side programming, databases, application servers, and deployment. The position is hybrid, with three days in the office and two days remote.
