TheIncLab is hiring a mid-to-senior level Software Engineer III to design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications for customer prototypes and internal products. The role involves building complex features, making architectural decisions, implementing RESTful APIs and microservices, working with frontend frameworks and databases, collaborating with product and UI/UX teams, documenting work, leading code reviews, and mentoring junior engineers. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or information systems, at least five years of full-stack software development experience, proficiency in Node.js, TypeScript, and C#, and experience with frontend technologies, databases, containerization, communication protocols, and software architecture. The position requires U.S. citizenship and eligibility for a Secret or Top-Secret security clearance, with up to 20% travel and hybrid and flexible work schedules.
