Description
Google is hiring a software engineer to develop product or system code, participate in technology design reviews, review and improve other developers’ code, contribute documentation, and troubleshoot issues affecting hardware, networks, or services. The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience, at least two years of Java software development experience or one year with an advanced degree, and front-end web development experience using client-side JavaScript frameworks such as AngularJS, Angular, or React. Preferred qualifications include a master’s degree or PhD in computer science or a related technical field, experience with data structures and algorithms, accessible technology development, and experience with APIs and connecting UI components to back-end services.
