Mitratech is hiring a Senior Software Engineer – In Test to establish quality assurance standards and develop test plans, scripts, and automation for its SaaS products. The role involves integrated software testing, defect tracking, release validation, QA documentation, collaboration with developers, mentoring junior QA members, and improving testing methodologies. Candidates must have 5–7+ years of commercial development experience with extensive automation testing experience, knowledge of major testing tools and databases, exposure to CI/CD, unit testing, source control, and AI-assisted coding.
