Textron Systems is hiring a Level IV Embedded Software Engineer to design, develop, and maintain software for electronic warfare test, simulation, and training solutions. The role involves C#, C, Java, and Python development; embedded systems and FPGA interfaces; graphical user interfaces; AI integration; hardware debugging; systems architecture; project planning; and leading software development teams. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, five years of experience for Level III or ten years for Level IV, U.S. Secret clearance eligibility, and strong software engineering, communication, and leadership skills.
