Hewlett Packard Enterprise is hiring an onsite Software Engineer III focused on Linux device drivers, system bring-up, and platform, interfaces, and optics software for the Junos Evolved network operating system. The role involves designing, developing, troubleshooting, and debugging software; collaborating with hardware, QA, and cross-functional teams; participating in code reviews and architecture discussions; and contributing to documentation and product development initiatives. Candidates need a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline, C and C++ programming skills, Linux and kernel expertise, hardware and system-level design knowledge, networking or embedded platform experience, and familiarity with DevOps practices.
