WellTheory is hiring a fully remote Implementations Engineer to build and operate insurance and data infrastructure for eligibility, verification, and claims. The role involves working with employer, health plan, and channel partners during implementation, making foundational technical decisions, using AI tools, and documenting solutions for a small, generalist team. Candidates should have 3–5+ years of software engineering experience, strong fundamentals and communication skills, and experience building products or large features from scratch. The position requires current United States work authorization and offers a base salary of $140,000–$160,000 plus equity and benefits.
