Description
Graphcore is hiring a Build Engineer to join its Software Operations team and develop tools and processes for building, testing, integrating, releasing, and maintaining its machine learning software stack. The role works with developers, QA, and software architects to improve build practices, dependency management, reproducibility, and integration in secure sandboxed environments, while contributing fixes to the software stack. Python/C++ or a similar language, build-process knowledge, Linux experience, and communication skills are essential; experience with Bazel, CMake, testing frameworks, integration tools, SDLC, and containerization is desirable. The position is based at Graphcore’s central Bristol office and requires UK work authorization; visa sponsorship is unavailable.
