IWMS is hiring a Software Engineer in Test to drive testing strategy and implementation for web applications and APIs used by investment professionals. The role focuses on quality mindset, automation infrastructure, reusable test artifacts, defect tracking, release verification, and collaboration with development teams. Candidates need at least 10 years of quality engineering experience, a relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, Java-based Selenium/Serenity automation expertise, software development and Agile Scrum experience, database knowledge, CI/CD familiarity, and strong communication and problem-solving skills.
