AlertMedia is hiring a Software Engineer in Test II (SDET) to join its AI-focused engineering team and build quality engineering practices for AI features, agent orchestration, web, and mobile applications. The role focuses on AI evaluation, agent behavior testing, guardrail and failure-mode testing, automated and exploratory testing, API and performance testing, defect tracking, QA strategy, and mentoring. Candidates need at least five years of QA, SDET, or software testing experience, including LLM evaluation and agentic-system testing, along with automation, API, distributed-systems, database, CI/CD, and AI-powered engineering-tool experience. The role is fully remote within Mexico or hybrid in the Reforma-area office in Mexico City, with no visa sponsorship.
