AcuityMD is seeking an experienced Software Engineer, Infrastructure to join their growing Platform Team. This role involves designing, building, and operating platform primitives like compute, networking, storage, CI/CD, and developer tooling. The engineer will be responsible for improving reliability, security, and efficiency while fostering a great developer experience. Key responsibilities include implementing container orchestration, collaborating cross-functionally, enhancing observability, automating everything using IaC and CM, optimizing costs, improving developer experience with internal tooling, participating in on-call rotations, and evolving CI/CD pipelines. The ideal candidate will have over four years of experience in infrastructure-focused software engineering, strong collaboration skills, and familiarity with cloud infrastructure, particularly Kubernetes, and observability concepts.
