Description
Parafin is hiring a Software Engineer, Infrastructure to lead the evolution of its ML Platform. The role owns abstractions and developer tools for model experimentation, training, evaluation, inference, and retraining; builds batch and real-time underwriting infrastructure; expands the feature store; and improves platform reliability, observability, and incident response. The position requires 5+ years of software engineering experience, strong Python and SQL skills, Spark/PySpark, modern data and ML-stack expertise, and experience with real-time and batch systems. Compensation is $215,000 to $275,000, with equity, medical, dental, and vision insurance, work-from-home flexibility, and other benefits.
