Together AI is hiring a Software Engineer to design and build software systems that treat infrastructure as code, including provisioning state machines, self-service APIs, and self-healing control planes for GPU-based inference clusters. The role focuses on manifest-driven lifecycle management for bare-metal hardware and clusters, using typed production code, durable workflow orchestration, event-driven systems, and CI/CD, with strong ownership over reliability and production operations. The position is full-time, based in the United States with a salary range of $240,000 to $280,000 plus equity and benefits, and is part of Together AI’s AI infrastructure team.
