Sierra is hiring a Software Engineer Intern, Agent to work directly on production AI agents for its customers. The intern will contribute to designing and developing AI agents, shipping features, and learning from real-world use cases at scale. The role is open to students graduating between December 2027 and June 2028 and requires a bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or a related field, strong technical problem-solving skills, and excellent communication skills. Experience with production AI/LLM systems, agent tooling, RAG pipelines, prompt engineering, React, TypeScript, or Go is preferred. Interns receive a monthly stipend for health insurance, daily lunch, and free alphorn lessons.
