ConductorAI is hiring a Software Engineer Intern to build and improve its core document-search, review, and AI-powered workflow platform. The role involves developing Next.js/React interfaces, backend APIs, data models, document-processing pipelines, agentic workflows, and production systems, while contributing to architecture and meaningful features from problem definition through implementation. The internship is intended for candidates pursuing or recently completing a degree in computer science or a related technical field, with US citizenship required and a preference for candidates who can work from the company’s New York City or Washington, DC offices during the summer.
