Description
Northwood is seeking a Software Engineer Intern for Summer 2027 to support the design, implementation, and optimization of data movement within its global ground station network infrastructure. The intern will work on secure and scalable interfaces, data-plane integration across on-premises and cloud environments, data movement and processing pipelines, observability, fault tolerance, and reliability. The role requires a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, knowledge of Rust, C++, or Golang, and interest in systems programming, networking protocols, and distributed systems.
