Description
Microsoft is hiring a Software Engineering Intern for its Azure Databases team to design, develop, test, and improve software features for cloud database services such as Azure SQL, Azure Database for PostgreSQL, Cosmos DB, and emerging database technologies. The intern will work on distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, performance, security, observability, automation, and developer productivity, collaborating with engineers, product managers, and researchers. Applicants must be pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or a related technical field with at least one semester or term remaining after the internship. The base pay is USD $5,690–$11,210 per month, with a higher range for the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area.
