Description
NCS is hiring a Software Engineer to design, develop, integrate, test, and maintain application modules for enterprise-grade government systems. The role uses Java and OutSystems or other enterprise technologies, requires collaboration with analysts, developers, testers, and client stakeholders, and includes production support, documentation, and continuous learning. It is a fully on-site position open to Singapore Citizens, with a diploma or degree in a relevant field and 1–4 years of Java application development experience or a willingness to learn; knowledge of REST APIs, SQL, Agile, and AI is advantageous.
