Mindlance is hiring a Software Engineer for its Enterprise Middleware and Online Security Technology team in Austin, Texas, on a hybrid schedule. The role owns complex application components and secure authentication capabilities, including Passwordless Login, FIDO2/WebAuthn/passkeys, and risk-based authentication. Responsibilities span secure web application development, REST APIs, Spring Boot and gateway patterns, automated testing, CI/CD, observability, production troubleshooting, and mentoring. The engineer must use AI-assisted development tools and practices throughout the software development lifecycle while maintaining ownership of correctness, security, and quality.
