Description
The Software Engineer will work with development teams, architects, and product areas to shape modern software-engineering practices, including Java, Spring, cloud-native development, APIs, software architecture, observability, automation, developer productivity, and AI- and agent-based software development. The role also involves improving developer experience, contributing to technical workshops and communities, developing reusable solutions, and participating in strategic technical initiatives. It requires a degree in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable IT qualification, initial Java and Spring development experience, knowledge of APIs and modern architectures, and interest in cloud, containers, CI/CD, Kubernetes, and AI technologies.
