NCS is hiring a Software Engineer to develop and maintain application software according to design requirements, specifications, and security guidelines. The role covers coding, configuration management, unit and integration testing, bug fixing, system documentation, requirements analysis, and participation in reviews and implementation activities. Candidates need a relevant diploma or degree, 1–4 years of application software development experience, Java-related system development and maintenance experience, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and willingness to travel. The position is open only to Singapore Citizens due to security clearance requirements, and Oracle Certified Professional (Java) certification is preferred.
