Theodo Extend is hiring a Software Engineer to work within a client team, taking over existing codebases, migrating them to modern stacks, delivering V1 products in production, and developing complex Java/Spring Boot interfaces. The role requires at least five years of Java/Spring Boot development experience, autonomy, structured problem-solving, and collaboration with client product and business teams. The position includes ongoing training, technical community support, coaching, and at least one day per week in Theodo offices.
