Neo4j is hiring a Backend Software Engineer for its Identity and Access Management team to rebuild the IAM platform for AuraDB. The role involves building and managing cloud-native Golang services, developing custom Kubernetes operators and controllers, contributing to IAM platform architecture, securing service-to-service communication through modern authentication patterns, and producing technical documentation. Candidates need at least five years of backend or software engineering experience, Go and Kubernetes expertise, and experience with at least one major cloud provider.
