Description
The role is a senior software engineer on a small, high-output engineering team building software systems for defense technology products. Responsibilities include designing and owning core software systems end-to-end, writing maintainable code, leading technical design reviews, collaborating with hardware and systems engineers, owning reliability and observability, and hiring and mentoring junior engineers. The position requires at least seven years of professional software engineering experience, strong systems and concurrency fundamentals, fluency in at least one listed programming language, and experience with distributed systems or service-oriented architectures.
