Mastercard is hiring a Software Engineer, Launch Program 2027 in Singapore. This is an entry-level software engineering role for a student graduating between December 2026 and July 2027, with a designated start date of 19 July 2027. The role involves writing secure, maintainable code; contributing across the software development lifecycle; and solving real-world client and global problems. The Launch Program includes orientation, technical training, professional skills workshops, innovation activities, and volunteer challenges. Candidates must have relevant programming experience, familiarity with databases and debugging tools, experience with automated testing, source control, deployment, and task management, and must have full working rights without visa sponsorship.
