Mastercard is hiring a Software Engineer for its Launch Program 2027 in Toronto, Canada. The 18-month program provides hands-on experience, structured learning, and mentorship while the engineer contributes to secure, scalable software solutions, including coding, testing, debugging, code reviews, and deployment. Candidates must be currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or accelerated master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field and graduating between December 2026 and June 2027, with programming experience, knowledge of data structures and algorithms, familiarity with Git, and experience or coursework involving automated testing.
