PNC is hiring a Software Engineer Lead for its Asset Management Group, based in one of several U.S. office locations including Pittsburgh, Philadelphia, Strongsville, Dallas, or Birmingham. The role focuses on leading technical design and development of software solutions, especially around Apache Kafka, Java, Spring Boot, microservices, Kafka Streams, Kafka Connect, schema registry, Docker, Kubernetes/OpenShift, CI/CD with Jenkins and GitHub, monitoring tools, and relational databases. It requires a bachelor’s degree and typically 3+ years of relevant experience, is in-office, offers a base salary range of $86,250 to $158,125, includes full-time benefits such as medical, dental, and vision, and does not offer visa sponsorship or STEM OPT support.
