Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 10+ years of software development experience focused on building services and products
3+ years of experience in leading and managing engineering teams, demonstrating strong leadership skills and a proven track record in team development.
Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with integrating or leveraging AI services or frameworks in software architectures is a plus.
Familiarity in using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, or similar to accelerate development, enhance code quality, and improve developer workflows.
Experience partnering with product and user experience teams
Strong communication skills to customers, business and technical partners
Fluency in English is mandatory, further languages such as Portuguese are a plus
