Northrop Grumman is hiring a software engineer for its Aurora Software and Electronics/Payloads Department. The role designs, develops, documents, tests, and debugs applications software and systems; conducts multidisciplinary research; collaborates with equipment and hardware engineers; and develops compilers, assemblers, utility programs, and operating systems. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in science with 8+ years of relative experience or a master’s degree with 6+ years, an active DoD Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility, and proficiency in C/C++, threading, shared memory, shell scripting, and Python.
