AGSI is hiring a ServiceNow Developer for a night-shift role responsible for designing, developing, testing, implementing, and supporting ServiceNow catalog items, custom applications, automation, integrations, and AI-enabled workflows. The role requires 5–8 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in ServiceNow development, strong JavaScript and platform scripting skills, and familiarity with ServiceNow technologies, integrations, ITIL, and agile delivery. The position also requires collaboration with business analysts, SMEs, and technical and non-technical stakeholders.
