Description
The Software Engineer will join Meta's MTIA LLVM Compiler team to design and implement compiler passes, LLVM IR transformations, and optimized binaries for custom silicon AI accelerators. The role covers compiler architecture, performance analysis, correctness debugging, automated testing, cross-team collaboration with hardware and ML framework teams, and mentorship. Candidates need a relevant bachelor's degree, at least five years of compiler or code-optimization experience, C++ or Rust proficiency, and experience with LLVM/MLIR or comparable production compiler infrastructure.
