Description

5 years of experience in speech/audio, reinforcement learning, machine learning infrastructure, or another machine learning field
5 years of experience in software design, architecture, and testing or launching software products
Preferred Qualifications: Master’s degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field
8 years of experience with data structures and algorithms
5 years of experience in a technical leadership role leading project teams and setting technical direction
Experience with machine learning modeling and scaling
Experience with large-scale distributed or machine learning systems, including LLM training and image generation
