Description
The role leads and grows an engineering team responsible for the backend services, compute orchestration, and evaluation harnesses that power Siri’s large-scale evaluation platform. Responsibilities include setting technical direction and delivery, owning APIs and data workflows, managing heterogeneous device and host fleets, improving reliability and diagnosability, and recruiting and mentoring engineers. The position requires at least five years of production software development experience, three years of engineering management experience, strong technical leadership, and a degree or equivalent experience in computer science, machine learning, or a related field.
