The role oversees staffing, performance management, skills planning, training, software architecture and requirements, quality and customer deliverables, departmental performance, and stakeholder alignment. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in Engineering with at least 10 years of experience or a master’s degree in Engineering with at least 8 years of experience, along with strong embedded and application software engineering knowledge, Agile familiarity, and Model-Based Engineering understanding.
