Description
The Software Engineering Manager will lead software systems development and quality assurance for ONTAP solutions within NetApp’s Core Software Engineering group. The role manages cross-functional projects, coordinates diverse engineering and support teams, drives organizational and cultural change, develops leaders, and aligns teams with strategic objectives. It requires substantial software, cloud, or storage experience, at least three years of engineering or cross-functional management experience, and demonstrated ability to lead teams through the full software development life cycle.
