Description
The Software Engineer Manager leads teams building cloud platform products that enable and support agentic workloads for The Home Depot. The role owns delivery from roadmap and design through release and ongoing operation, partners with product, architecture, UX, reliability, and consuming teams, and guides engineers through design, build, release, security, governance, observability, and production support. It also provides leadership, mentoring, coaching, and team capacity management while requiring 5–7 years of relevant experience, including leading or managing engineers, and typically involves 5–20% overnight travel.
