Regions is hiring a Software Engineer Manager to oversee application development for at least two Fraud AD Agile teams and provide technical guidance on design, technology standards, and delivery. The role manages system design, development, deployment, maintenance, requirements, change management, compliance, risk controls, and enterprise software platforms, while partnering with business stakeholders, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and Architects. It requires a bachelor's degree, six years of relevant experience, and team-leadership experience; banking or financial-services technology experience is preferred. The position is full-time, onsite in the Birmingham, Atlanta, or Charlotte area, and requires United States work authorization.
