Google is hiring a Software Engineering Manager to lead a team responsible for delivering Pixel kernels, define team strategy, manage project goals, provide technical leadership, and support performance and development of engineers. The role covers embedded operating systems, Linux/Kernel development, Android BSP and internals, and large-scale projects across multiple teams and international sites. The position is based in Warsaw or Kraków, Poland, with a stated base salary of PLN 480,000–492,000 plus a 20% bonus target, equity, and benefits.
