Chime is hiring a full-time Membership Engineer to own end-to-end engineering projects across backend services, APIs, and front-end experiences for membership benefits, rewards, and engagement features. The role partners with product, design, data science, and other stakeholders, applies a metrics-driven approach, and requires production software development experience, Ruby on Rails or comparable frameworks, modern front-end technologies, database and API experience, and cross-functional collaboration. The base salary starts at $133,000 and can go up to $184,000, with bonus, equity, and benefits available.
