Redwood Materials is hiring a full-time Software Engineer, ML/Computer Vision (Battery Sorting) to develop and maintain production software and computer vision models that classify and route end-of-life batteries on the factory floor. The role covers ML inference, image acquisition, sensor integration, APIs, observability, model monitoring, CI/CD, and cross-functional collaboration with controls, hardware, manufacturing, DevOps, and IT teams. The position is based in a factory-floor environment, may require travel to Reno, Nevada, and offers a California salary range of $152,500 to $200,000 USD.
