Isomorphic Labs is hiring a Software Engineer to evolve its machine-learning infrastructure platform, enabling distributed and performance-critical training and inference workloads for human and agent-driven research. The role involves collaborating with engineering, research, and product teams, exploring agent-based platform improvements, and building scalable infrastructure. Candidates need experience with large-scale infrastructure or platforms, strong Python programming, and the ability to work independently and cross-functionally; Kubernetes, ML infrastructure, Google Cloud Platform, multi-cloud, and internal-platform experience are advantageous. The position follows a hybrid model requiring office attendance three days per week.
