Description
Gusto is hiring a Machine Learning Platform and Infrastructure Engineer to build and scale ML/AI infrastructure, including MLOps solutions, automated pipelines, model deployment frameworks, data infrastructure, observability tools, and CI/CD pipelines. The role requires at least five years of software engineering experience in Python, Ruby, or Java, experience with machine learning lifecycle infrastructure, and familiarity with major cloud platforms, with AWS preferred. The position is based in Denver, San Francisco, or New York City, with hybrid office expectations of approximately two to three days per week.
