Auquan is hiring a permanent hybrid Software Engineer to design, build, and operate multi-agent AI systems for financial institutions. The role covers requirements, architecture, implementation, deployment, reliability, customer collaboration, and the conversion of bespoke workflows into reusable platform primitives. Candidates need at least four years of software development experience, strong Python fundamentals, experience with AI or LLM-powered workflows, and familiarity with the company’s Python, React/NextJS, Fast API, MongoDB, and Redis stack.
