Hewlett Packard Enterprise is hiring an onsite Software Engineer - Networking Datapath to lead software development and system architecture for networking products involving Broadcom Network ASICs, packet forwarding pipelines, and multicast technologies such as IGMP/MLD snooping, PIM, and NG MVPN. The role manages internal and outsourced project teams, coordinates with stakeholders and development partners, reviews designs and testing activities, drives technology integration, and mentors junior engineers. Candidates need a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field and 6–10 years of software development experience, along with expertise in networking datapath design, chip-level programming, and software testing.
